Job Description:
• Ensure that Save the Children Child Protection activities are properly implemented at Union Council
level including recreational activities for children, community awareness and capacity building.
• Provide support to the community Volunteers/Animators in child friendly spaces on a daily basis,
ensuring that activities are implemented in an appropriate manner.
• Monitor appropriate implementation of program activities and ensure a safe and child-friendly
atmosphere in child friendly spaces.
• Actively contribute to the capacity building of community including children for child protection issues
and activities.
• Supervise the design and implementation of a work plan for animators.
• Ensure that equipment inventories are up to date and that replacement needs are highlighted.
• Ensure adherence to Child Protection Policy, reporting procedures and make sure that health and safety regulations are understood and followed, and any related incidents are logged.
• Assist the animators in working with children to develop new, creative activities and solving problems arising in child friendly spaces.
• Ensure the participation of all groups of children.
• Screen for and monitor protection needs and gaps in and around child friendly spaces.

Requirements:
• Graduate degree.
• Demonstrated 1 to 2 years of overall experience; and a minimum of 3 months of development sector experience.
• Local females from DIK/ Bhukkur only
• Excellent Computer Knowledge
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Good team player.
• Demonstrated ability to work in insecure environments
