Job Description
1. Ensure that the warehouse is kept clean at all times and clean from all dirt and dust that can attract or harbor rodents;
2. Ensure that broken containers and slake/torn bags are immediately reconstituted, weighed and re-bagged properly;
3. Ensure to dispatch commodities as per approved distribution/delivery plan to designated distribution points;
4. Prepare waybills for all outgoing commodities and obtains signatures from truck drivers and/or other receiving authorities;
5. To maintain accurate and up to date records of store items including proper use of stake cards to mention physical stock commodity;
6. To conduct periodic verification check on all inventory and submission of report to the Warehouse Keeper;
7. To identify and timely report of damaged, slow moving and obsolete items;
8. Providing support and training to porters, stevedores, cleaners, etc as and when required;
9. Assist in obtaining quotations, purchasing and other activities as and when required;
Requirements
1. Bachelors in Finance or Accounting or Social Science;
2. 2 years of overall experience and 1 year of specific development sector experience;
3. Storekeeping and record keeping knowledge;
4. Computer operations in the area of MS Word/Excel;
